After a day spent exploring the Northumberland countryside and coast return to the comfort of your well appointed rooms.
There is a choice of either twin or double bedded rooms. The beds are top quality for your comfort, with crisp embroidered linen and pure wool blankets, though duvets can be supplied on request. Each room is individually designed and decorated, with colour Freeview TV, tea making facilities and home made biscuits. Fresh flowers from the garden complete the picture.
The double and twin rooms both have private bathrooms, whilst the premier room has an en –suite. Huge terry towels. bath robes, hair dryers, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries are all standard along with a host of other extras at Ivy cottage.
A sumptuous sitting room is available for guest use. In winter a log burning stove makes 
this room a heaven to relax in. The pretty garden has a small summerhouse, perfect for serving afternoon tea on arrival.
New for 2009 we've introduced our stunning new Premier Room with its en-suite bathroom and spacious layout.
The calming decor and views to the garden and hills beyond make for a truly relaxing and special room.
